1. Who we are
Iron Strike Kickboxing operates a kickboxing fitness studio and its related website, administrative tools, client communications, and the Iron Strike Business Reviews integration. You can contact us at [email protected], by phone at (973) 370-0385, or at 45 S Jefferson Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and registration information, such as name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
- Membership, plan, class scheduling, attendance, invoice, and administrative transaction records.
- Payment status, amount, processor references, and invoice records. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by Iron Strike Kickboxing.
- Communication preferences and records needed to deliver requested email, push, or other service messages.
- Basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as timestamps, device notification identifiers, and server logs.
3. Google Business Profile information
When an authorized Iron Strike administrator connects a Google Business Profile, the integration may receive business account and location identifiers and review information made available by Google, including a reviewer display name, rating, comment, review timestamps, profile photo URL when provided, and the business reply.
We use this information only to import, organize, display, and maintain Iron Strike Kickboxing reviews and to monitor the connection. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow unrelated third parties to use it.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use information to register and serve clients, manage plans and classes, process and document payments, issue invoices, communicate service updates, display selected public reviews, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, maintain business records, and improve the reliability of our services.
5. When information is shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support our operations, including Stripe for payments, Google for authorized Business Profile access, email and notification providers, and our secured hosting infrastructure. We disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the service. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Operational data is stored in controlled systems, including Iron Strike's secured NAS infrastructure. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, maintain legitimate business and financial records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Imported Google review data and authorization tokens can be deleted when the connection is removed or upon a verified request, subject to records we must retain by law.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you by contacting us. An authorized administrator may disconnect the Google integration at any time, and Google access can also be revoked from the connected Google Account's security settings. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not remove a review from Google itself.
8. Children
Our online services are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should provide and manage information for a minor when participation in studio services permits it.
9. Changes and contact
